For my neck/head pain: 1. Oy, in my pre-fibro life I never would’ve looked twice at this “bed of nails” pillow, but now I highly recommend it. 2. This half-round foam roller is a game changer for my upper and lower neck pain plus shoulders.
Pain Creams: Toprocin Fibro Cream is available on Amazon. I prefer the CBD muscle balm from Frida Botanicals. It helps spot treat my right wrist, neck, shoulders, etc.
Exterior Fibro-Fatigue Fighter (aka under-eye cover up, brightener/dark circle lightener): UPDATE! Thanks to my fellow #fibrowarrior and new friend, Beth of @simplylushlife, I’ve switched from a concealer with parabens (booooooo!) to Beautycounter’s paraben-free concealer pen. I also use this Thrive Causemetics natural eye brightener and Glossier Lidstar. They add shimmer when you feel good (or when you want to fake it).
I’ve been using the shi*t out of: Journaling/Coloring book: “Zen as F*ck: A Journal for Practicing the Mindful Art of Not Giving a Sh*t” I’ll definitely gift it to like-minded cursing friends!
Salonpas Pain Relieving Patches have varying degrees of aide but worth a try all the same. Sometimes the act of taking action calms our fight or flight response.
